At Ultimate Self Defense, we offer a high intensity strength and conditioning class which will tone and strengthen the body of anyone from a beginner to exercise and fitness, to the advanced fitness enthusiast. 

 

Our classes will strengthen you muscles and increase your anaerobic and aerobic endurance through interval training and muscle confusion.

 

You will use agility ladders, dumbbells, kettlebells, heavy bags, plyometric and standard bodyweight exercises throughout the course of a 35 minute class. Our classes can help anyone to reach a higher level of physical fitness, and strength.
